Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pop-Up Book terhadap Hasil Belajar IPAS Siswa pada Materi Norma dalam Adat Istiadat Daerahku

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh media Pop-Up Book terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada pembelajaran IPAS materi Norma dalam Adat Istiadat Daerahku. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar akibat penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif.


Metodologi – Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Pre-Experimental Design dan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri atas 26 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 091281 Batu IV yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes pretest dan posttest, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, paired sample t-test, dan N-Gain.


Temuan – Nilai rata-rata pretest meningkat dari 39,82 menjadi 80,38 pada posttest. Hasil uji t menunjukkan thitung = 25,76 > ttabel = 2,06, sehingga media Pop-Up Book berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,69 menunjukkan efektivitas pada kategori sedang.


Kebaruan – Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris mengenai efektivitas media Pop-Up Book dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS di sekolah dasar.


Signifikansi – Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru dalam memilih media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
