JPR does not charge a submission fee. As an open-access journal, JPR levies a nominal article processing charge (APC) only for manuscripts that have successfully undergone peer review and been formally accepted for publication. Upon acceptance, authors will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) containing detailed payment instructions, which must be followed to complete the publication process.
