Author Guidlines
Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:
A. General Requirements
The minimum standard requirements of the International Journal of Contemporary Studies in Education (IJ-CSE) must be:
- Written in English.
- The length of the submitted paper is at least 10 pages for research paper.
- The article must include abstract in English (100-200 words) and be following by the keywords (3-5 words).
- Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting. The citation must be in the form of in-text and bibliography are based on APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association)
- Make sure that your paper is prepared using the IJ-CSE paper template (paper template 2022) become (paper template 2025) and (title page)
Note: IJ-CSE made changes to the template for 2025 and will take effect if submitted from November 1, 2024

B. Structure of The Manuscript
The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:
- Title. The title of the paper should describe research aims, method/model, and objective, without Acronym or abbreviation.
- Abstract. The Abstract has 100 to 200 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
- Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion - Acknowledgment - Reference - Appendix (optional)
- References. Expect a minimum of 30 references primarily with a minimum of 85% from reputable journal papers with their DOI or URLs.
- The manuscript should be checked and edited by an English Language Editor (Proofreader).

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
- The manuscript is free of plagiarism, has met the publication ethics, and fully written in English.
- The manuscript has fulfilled the standardized format of the journal.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
- Please read carefully the journal policy about Author Revision, APCs, and Withdrawal of Articles in About the Journal session. The authors are considered to have agreed on the journal policies after submission

Subscribers may reproduce tables of contents or prepare lists of articles including abstracts for internal circulation within their institutions. If excerpts from other copyrighted works are included, the author(s) must obtain written permission from the copyright owners and credit the source(s) in the article. Publisher Office has preprinted forms for use by authors in these cases. For open access articles: Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to complete an 'Exclusive License Agreement'.

Article Proccesing Fee
This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Submissions: 0.00 (USD)
Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
Article Publication: 25 USD (IDR 200.000)
To support the cost of wide open access dissemination of research results, to manage the various costs associated with handling and editing of the submitted manuscripts, and the Journal management and publication in general, the authors or the author's institution is requested to pay a publication fee for each article accepted.
FREE OF CHARGE will be available for paper submission of authors, from a minimum of two countries. The author should clearly declare that he asks for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission. The waiver will have no effect on the review result of the paper. A waiver is most likely to be denied if it is not asked at this stage.
