Penerapan SOP Manajemen Nyeri sebagai Upaya Meningkatan Indikator Mutu: Kenyamanan pada Anak yang Menjalani Hospitalisasi

Abstract
Nyeri pada pasien anak dengan hospitalisasi merupakan salah satu jenis nyeri yang terjadi secara akut dan dapat mengganggu aktifitasnya. Data awal dilaporkan bahwa hasil analisis gambaran gejala pada pasien anak yang menalani hospitalisasi di dapatkan bahwa gejala responden terbanyak yaitu adanya gangguan rasa nyaman nyeri. Data dari RSUD Solok ditemukan bahwa indikator mutu kenyamana masih belum memiliki SOP yang memadai terutama di ruangan anak, yang merupakan pasien dengan penanganan berbeda dibandingkan dengan orang dewasa. Sebuah SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) dibuat sebagai acuan dalam menangani nyeri pasien terutama pada pasien anak. Kegiatan dimulai dengan pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) menajemen nyeri pada anak dengan hospitalisasi, memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan sosialisasi langsung pada 15 orang pasien anak beserta keluarga dan 5 orang perawat di RSUD Kota Solok, Sumatera Barat pada awal bulan Maret 2025. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan intensitas nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi manajemen nyeri menggunaan SOP dalah adanya penurunan rata-rata nyeri sebelum dan sesudah dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 6,50-4,00 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan SOP Manaemen nyeri pada anak dengan hospitalisasi. Diharapkan SOP ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dalam melakukan manajemen nyeri pada anak dengan hospitalisasi.
