AIM AND SCOPE

Expresie is committed to being the primary platform for the dissemination of transformative and evidence-based research findings in the field of education.

Our main objective is to bridge the gap between educational theory and classroom practice through rigorous experimental methodology. We seek research that does not merely explain "what" happens, but proves "why" and "how" an intervention or learning method can bring significant changes to student learning outcomes and the educational ecosystem at large.

We accept original manuscripts employing experimental research designs (both true-experiment and quasi-experiment) across all levels of education, from early childhood education to higher education.

The scope of interest includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Pedagogical Innovation: The effectiveness of new learning models, strategies, or methods in the classroom.

  2. Educational Technology: The impact of digital media, AI in education, gamification, and e-learning on learning efficiency.

  3. Educational Psychology: Experimental studies on motivation, cognition, behavior, and the mental health of learners within the learning environment.

  4. Curriculum and Policy: Experimental studies regarding the implementation of new curricula or educational policy interventions.

  5. Special and Inclusive Education: Experiments on teaching techniques specifically designed for students with special needs.

  6. Evaluation and Assessment: The development and experimental testing of new assessment instruments.

To maintain the quality of our publications, the journal prioritizes manuscripts that include:

  1. Clear Experimental Design: A detailed explanation of control and experimental groups.

  2. Validity and Reliability: The use of validated instruments and consistent treatment procedures.

  3. Robust Statistical Analysis: The application of appropriate hypothesis testing (such as t-test, ANOVA, ANCOVA, or Effect Size).

  4. Practical Implications: In-depth discussion on how experimental results can be applied by educational practitioners or policymakers.
