About the Journal
MAHAKIM: Jurnal Kajian Hukum dan Pranata Sosial. (P-ISSN: XXXX-XXXX and E-ISSN: XXXX-XXXX) is a journal published by Edupedia Publisher with a scope in the field of law and social institutions. This journal is a forum for accommodating the latest research on legal issues and social studies in the form of normative or empirical studies with in-depth analysis. This journal routinely publishes articles and research reports twice a year every May and November. The focus of studies in this journal is divided into legal fields which include Islamic law from all aspects, civil law, criminal law, and constitutional law. Meanwhile, the social aspects that MAHAKIM specializes in include social religion, anthropology, criminology, economics, history, philosophy, social politics and sociology. The editors welcome the contributions of scholars from related disciplines. However, the priority is contemporary studies, both normative and empirical, showing novelty.
MAHAKIM: Jurnal Kajian Hukum dan Pranata Sosial has not yet been indexed. However, the editor will perform optimally so that in the future the MAHAKIM journal can be indexed by SINTA, Garuda, Google Scholar and so on, even Scopus. MAHAKIM itself will start publishing in 2024 (first edition).
