Penguatan Kompetensi Pendidik melalui Pelatihan Penggunaan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dan Media TIK dalam Rancangan Pembelajaran yang Efektif

Abstrak
Pendidik harus mampu merancang pembelajaran yang interaktif, agar dapat mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogiknya pada abad-21. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pada pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan mengetahui persepsi Pendidik terhadap pelatihan menggunakan Artificial Intelligence dan Media TIK dalam perancangan Pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini dilakukan pada 13 - 14 November 2024 di SMP Negeri 1 Solok. Peserta pelatihan merupakan MGMP Matematika kota Solok berjumlah 30 orang. Tahapan pelaksanaan dari kegiatan ini adalah awal, persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan memberikan angket dengan skala likert 1-4. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengikuti pelatihan, peserta sangat puas, antusias dan pelatihan yang di berikan dapat di aplikasikan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Rata-rata perolehan nilai persepsi pendidik terhadap kegiatan pelatihan ini memperoleh hasil 88,09% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat Praktis.
