Pengaruh Latar Belakang Keluarga Petani, Persepsi Risiko, dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Agripreneurship Generasi Z di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latar belakang keluarga petani, persepsi risiko, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat agripreneurship Generasi Z di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.


Metodologi – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden Generasi Z di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS.


Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang keluarga petani dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat agripreneurship Generasi Z, sedangkan persepsi risiko berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat agripreneurship. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,523 menunjukkan bahwa 52,3% variasi minat agripreneurship dapat dijelaskan oleh latar belakang keluarga petani, persepsi risiko, dan efikasi diri.


Kebaruan – Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan latar belakang keluarga petani, persepsi risiko, dan efikasi diri dalam satu model penelitian untuk menjelaskan minat agripreneurship Generasi Z pada konteks lokal Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.


Signifikansi – Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya dalam merancang program yang mendorong peningkatan minat Generasi Z terhadap agripreneurship.
